i still don't get it. u guys keep talking about it being an estimated 1.6% running royalty over the next 15 years. u can't just compare that to the estimated 3.5% or 4.5% in the old agreement. to get a true comparison with the old rate, we need to convert the $2.5B up front cash payment and add it to the 1.6% - then compare it to your estimated 3.5% running royalty and add the upfront payment when the original agreement was signed in 2001 or 2002 ( i forgot when). Then you have more of an apples to apples - and then u can start throwing in all the intagables, like 15 years compared to 7 years, and legal fees,etc. Then we can say yeaa, we got a good deal!, or naay, we got screwed!. Or, we say, don't not worry,be happy. No? i.
