when i was 18 i worked for the Commissioner of Public Works in NY, my job placing at that time "Sodium Vapor" lighting through the city.......most people tried to bribe me for not putting one in the front of their houses................

Here they are charging $5/month/house to raise the money to convert. Why don't they use real estate tax $s? Don't get me started.
