On the other hand MSNBC seems to be doing the same for Obama. I was actually a little surprised at how one sided Mathews has become... not unhappy just surprised. Yes, it is surprising.....although he was very careful and professional with Bachmann the other nite.

McCain has been on Hardball more than any other pol, and I think Matthews thought he knew him. I think he's been totally disgusted by the sleazy, dirty way this campaign has gone by McCain. But, Matthews is a nut motormouth in any case.
