Your continual denials are not helping.

Of course there's an actual benefit to the employers. The more voters they register, the better they look as an organization. "Hey look, Mr. Powers That Be. We just registered 100,000 voters! We should get more funding!"

The buck isn't going to stop at the lowest levels.
