The states dependence on Big Oil and the federal governments ownership and control of so much of its land and resources and the spread out population over such a vast area makes for pressures and problems other states don't have. Despite that she got a ng pipeline deal big, negotiated, and signed that had been dithered over for 20 years and she did it right out in the open - no backroom deals.
