Z, not too long ago, I gave you the example of a Republican in the OC switching the registration of a thousand or so voters. This turned out to be a clerical error, as I pointed out, but this should NEVER happen.

The appearance of voter fraud (or voter registration fraud) is absolutely unacceptable, and anything you can do to prevent it should be done. That should be a primary responsibility. If you're put into a position where you have to explain away the appearance of voter fraud (or voter registration fraud), you better make sure your own house is in order before accusing the other side of partisan politics.

So in the case of ACORN, if they can improve their policies and process by which they submit voter registrations, they really should try as hard as they can to do just that. I don't see much evidence of that happening, but I do see much more evidence of the race card being played in defense of ACORN. And that really bothers me because ultimately it hurts racial reconciliation.
