Thanks. I'm actually surprised at myself for not having thought of that already, as I've done it in the past. Though I guess it's been a while since I've owned stocks that had me thinking "You'll give me this much for the right to buy it at an even higher price than it is now? Okay, you're on!"

I think I've only been called out of positions on two occasions and didn't regret either one. And one was a fluke that worked hugely in my favor when 3DO did some really odd afterhours trading.

Although I've been caught on the ugly side of that trade once or twice, so I like a lot of premium. Have been in the position of having to buy back covered calls so I could hurry out of a tanking stock. I remember it especially painfully with [t]ELN[/t].
