In context, Biden was spouting off about foreign policy, my only guess is, the majority of Americans won't like Obama selling out Israel and Biden is trying to sell the idea up front.

Or is it Obama wants to prove he's a man quickly by taking on Pakistan?

Someone needs to call Biden on it.
