Yes and maybe you shoplifted in the last store you were in. How does building a house make you a thief? Many people were buying things at the same time you supposedly made your purchase. Maybe you stole something. No proof, just coincidence. Is that the sort of thing you would do? Is that why you are accusing someone you don't know from a can of paint? Maybe you are just not considering what could have happened; the hockey rink gets built and some of Todd's "friends" who also worked on the rink and/or were rink contractors help him in the after hours work on the house with "comp"ed materials. No proof; just coincidental timing to go by, but it does suggest something worth checking
