Hey Darlene, My question was: "I've heard rumor that Jim Chapin went to San Francisco." That's all I was able to get out of my mouth before he made his comment which was something like this: WOW, how do you know that? Am I the last one to find out? Have I told that many people? I was at the airport to see Jim off. Negotiations are taking place. He also made a comment that it is not just one company interested in a JV but at least two which have approched them aggresively. Things are finally looking up for this company. James
