Waterlogged Bean:

Am I to understand that you have no lawyers in Canada who would be interested in cooperating with a US law firm?

Have you asked them all? I kinda thought it was customary in such cases especially if the Canadian firm would share generously in the contingency fees. Maybe you are defining new history and customs.

Here, have some dieffenbachia.

Bean, who has more time to waste than anyone, wrote: "Could your insistant "FOCUS ON THE SUIT" be not more than "FOCUS ON THE HOCUS POCUS" (Halloween lingo) to attempt to bring the stock down and thus acclaim your predition true?"

Bean, you hang out in SI too much. I can't believe you would even suggest that anything said here has any influence on stock prices.

Then he wrote: "What you guys do down there is somewhat irrelevent..."

Hahahahaha!

Bean also wrote: "What the hell is a yankee bloodsucking lowlife Lawyer going to do for us." I don't know about a lowlife lawyer, but a highlife one will see that justice gets done, and maybe, secondarily, get some of our money back. I don't understand your infatuation with jurisdiction. Are you suggesting there are no insider trading laws in Canada?

The unfortuante thing is that any settlement would have to include you, even though you have not lifted a finger to add anything productive to the effort.

No matter. That will just part part of the cost of justice.

FOCUS ON THE LAWSUIT AGAINST COWPLAND AND COREL!!!

JUSTICE MUST BE DONE!!!
