HI Harry: I guess we'll see which insurers don't pay up if they think there is fraud involved. Other than that they'll have to pay. TA wise its looking like we did bottom and retest but still a stock pickers market AND you need the right sector. Now hearing value investors on the S&P but they are not factoring in lowering earnings. This rally will fail but probably not till next April (who knows on timing). I expect lower lows on the next leg down of this bear market (but of course can be wrong). Note the NYSEBP is in X's at 19 (where its normally a good point to leg in at 30).
