Joe the Plumber seems to be a lucid thinker and a man of sound principles and philosophy. Ronald Reagan had these qualities, but most people who end up high on the political totem pole, regrettably, do not. The footage of Joe talking with Obama will be viewed - and thought about - for decades to come. Joe reminded the nation how a free citizen should talk to an elected official (a Senator, in this case) - he remained respectful, but was asking questions and debated issues in a serious and business-like way.
