In my mind, that's the point. It's a totally done deal. Expecting people to reopen a done deal because they don't like the determined facts is goofy.

And, IMO, offering arguments on the merits also gives the question more dignity than it deserves.

I don't either, just as I don't understand (or to the extent I do understand I disagree with) the argument about McCain not being eligible since he was born in the canal zone.
