I don't know about the presidency, at least not as soon as 2012. Probably 2016. She might just go back to Alaskan politics, but she'll also involve herself more and more in the national scene. All that while taking care of family matters, specifically her infant son and her grandchild.

She brings fresh energy to the Republican Party that has been completely demoralized by Bush, and that's not something that Republicans will want to pass up.
