Would someone be kind enough to tell me where I can
find the specifics of the preferred conversion deal (in company language)
thank you,
John
Also, where can I find Barron's online (if it even is)?
I am a lurker in extreme pain on this board.

The link is www.quote.com -- you need an account I guess. But, try.

The after-hour reaction was by those who picked up the shares thinking the price was too low to pass and when they heard the news, they chose to dump. But, I think, the news indicates that CTYS will be a much cleaner sub-prime lender one day when they secceed in selling loans on whole-sale and foreclose on the bad loans; assuming that Bear Stearns does not issue a foreclosure on CTYS. Selling loans on whole-sale means less profit margins, but they will be real dollars!!
