some on my e-mail roundtable figure s&p 500 can go to 400. how long does that take?

folks generally figuring usa/spain etc real estate should crater 50% from current levels within 3 years

in hk we are efficient, and i expect the 50% additional cratering to take place before end of Q2 2009.
