I haven't seen it either. I'm just assuming that there's some bureaucrat somewhere whose job it is to effect a duly chopped on certification, that he's done it, and that's that. My rationale is that that function would logically have to exist somewhere and have been performed long before the election. It would have to have been performed before Obama could be given Secret Service protection because surely it would be malfeasance to expend Secret Service dollars protecting someone who is not eligible to be president.

As for putting it on the web, only a tiny portion of what Uncle Sam does gets published on the web. No reason to expect this to be there.

Now that's not absolute assurance that he's eligible. But way too many screw-ups would have to have occurred concurrently, seems to me, for his eligibility not to have been assured.
