"She's still hugely popular with her constituents, like 80%."

More like 60%.

"What exactly is Palin doing wrong?"

She's Bush in a skirt and always will be? He's not going to get MORE popular, and neither is she.

Ted, > So then, like Bush, she can pretty much do no wrong. Right?

What exactly is Palin doing wrong? She's still hugely popular with her constituents, like 80%.

Actually, it was down to 62% in Sept. and some are saying its gone down further since then. Remember part of her popularity was due to the money the gov't was distributing to Alaskans......$3000 for every man, woman and child. That's been paid out now. And thanks to Palin, this may be the last year of a significant distribution.

As for doing something wrong, she hasn't.....other than making it clear she's not ready to be either VP or President.

Her biggest liability is her inexperience on the national stage.

Its more than that.....its her lack of knowledge on almost every major subject.
