That and the fact that they don't speak english and they are all named either Bob or Joe. I got so upset at this one guy reading his script from a book, I said enough, get me someone in America. He started reading from the book again and I said, do you understand what I'm telling you, I don't want to hear what you have to say anymore, I want a supervisor, an American supervisor, from America. He said ma'am, you are being irrational. I told him, the only person that can call me irrational is my husband and he does that from 4 feet away.
