There is nothing in her background that shows that she applied herself academically.

There is a lot in her background that suggest she has no curiosity and has a spent a lifetime not doing much reading (newspapers, magazines, or books) or anything that requires effort to understand.

Even if she had an IQ of 150 or higher, she would still be deficient and would require that she spend the next 8 years to catch up.

In almost anything in life, you have to prove that you have done enough homework to qualify for any job that requires intellect.

I do not think you are a liar or deceitful, but you would really have to be deceitful to argue that she qualifies on an intellectual basis.
