Cato's libertarian, but that isn't partisan (the Republicans are hardly libertarian and get their share of blasting from CATO, and Cato isn't a bunch of shills for the Libertarian party). (You could however say its ideological) But I wouldn't expect you to just accept "fact check is bad" because of those articles. For one thing they don't say that, for another, I'm not passing them off as authorities any more than I am accepting fact check as one. I link to them because of the arguments made not because of who is making them.
