Sonki

I can look tomorrow and see if there
is anybody in specific. I watched it
on and of and it seems everybody been
selling AMAT. Anyway, the interesting thing
is that while Morgan Stanley has been selling
Intel, they have been big buyer of CSCO and
have come in a couple of times to stop
a slide in the price. I can't see how the
SOX is going anywhere without Intel and AMAT.

Regards

Marc

Sonki--I think CS First Boston,Bancamerica, and one other firm recently downgraded AMAT, which could be the cause of the selling pressure (or lack of buying pressure.) I recently added more at $40 3/4 and think it's cheap here.
I also sent good money after bad and bought some more SUNW at $39 7/8.
Semis could be sluggish for 1-2 quarters, then OK.

Scooter
