Ken, My understanding is that PRLX priced the new offering last night at $22.00. I'm not sure why that was the figure but if I learn anything more about it I will pass word along to you. The stock traded a lot of volume today and a good percentage was at the offer. I took another position at 22 1/8 because I believe the price will be back to $25-26 fairly soon. I also continue to believe that the stock will move back up over both the short and intermediate term to challenge it's high. All of this, of course is just my thinking and opinion. There is a cyclical nature to PRLX's stock that I discussed with a broker today that relates to the receipt of new orders and when those orders get shipped. I think it is reflected in last years earnings and revenues too. Best Regards, Steve
