Probably valid. Smart is good, but not enough. An open mind and the right set of guiding principles enable the smart to also be right.

If that's the case it looks like those folks with dummy fatigue will be voting for a real genius after all.

What they would get is someone who gives more eloquent speeches than Joe the plumber.

What they will get are economic policies that turn out to be the worst possible for the current economy [and just about any economy period].

What they would get are foreign policies that will not make us safer.

What they would get is a massive expansion of gov't spending that will balloon the deficit yet will do little or nothing to fix or improve any of the programs that receive those massive amounts of tax funds.

What they would get are promised tax cuts that will turn out to be massive tax increases that will increase deficit spending more than the proposed trillion dollar plus spending boondoggle.

But like a pure genius, Obama will blame it all on the previous President & the MSM will repeat it as if it were fact ad nauseam.
