My belief about the Berg case is the defendants plan to run out the clock.

Judge is a Clinton appointee, and by all appearances is sitting on the case, probably in hopes that Obama will win the election. He can then grant the defendants' motion to dismiss and for all practical purposes the case goes away at least for the foreseeable future.

it just seems to me if they had a valid certificate from Hawaii, they'd produce it.
