One would only wish it's that easy.

Pickup some language skill, like Chindians, Spanish may help
to land some jobs over there.

The offshoring of those low-paying hi-tech job is finally
coming to bear fruitful results.

We're able to concentrate on creating high-paying no-tech
jobs.
