<<< It wouldn't be true if she didn't qualify, or even if she clearly didn't qualify, and its esp. not true given the reality of the situation >>>.

What are you talking about ?

In almost any job, you have to be able prove that you have the qualifications for the job. It is not up to others to prove that you are not qualified.

In this day and age, for almost any job, you have to submit a resume that includes your academic credentials. Especally for jobs that are intellectual in nature.

Being a Vice President does not require physical skills. You have to have intellectual skills. You should have to be able to show that you can read and understand complex issues.

Where has she shown that she has any areas of expertise?

Take a look at yourself. I disagree with you, but you have demonstrated areas of expertise (like in healthcare, finance, foreign policy, national defense, etc ) Subjects that you have spent years reading and researching.

In what areas do you honestly think that she has demonstrated areas of expertise to the extent that even most of the participants on this thread possess? Have you seen anything that she has written on any subject? Even at that, that is a very low bar.

Tim,

Meaningless trivia-
edit- well maybe not so meaningless if you are counting on it to shore up her weak academic credentials.

The Sigma Beta Delta honor (the business fraternity) seems to have been awarded to her recently by Alaska Pacific University, a college she never attended. It seems to be one of those achievement things having nothing to do with academics.

From Facebook:
Sarah was named one of Alaska's "Top 40 Under 40", Alaska's Public Works "Person of the Year", and was recently inducted into the Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society at Alaska Pacific University.

As for National Honor Society.. that's not very demanding- Especially in a very small, rural high school.

She did nothing in her college career that reporters could dig up, no clubs, no extracurriculars. It seems almost peculiar, although when you attend so many schools, that would make it harder to be part of a campus life.
