Dollars are impossible to get.
No one is lending if they have them.
They doubt they will be getting them back
if they lend then out.

"Why IS the dollar going up?" It is killing hedge funds.....they are blowing them up left and right, and blowing up oil and gold funds....they're killing the carry-trade. When they're done....oil and gold will skyrocket, IMHO.

They are worse off than us, they bought into the WS crap. They want dollars. Relatively speaking.

I used to think RE prices going back to 2002. Now I'm wondering about 1998.
