Urlman,

IMO, on the surface, this thinly traded company looks underpriced even at the asking price on the super large bid/ask spread.

Pretty nice report even after backing out the gain from the court settlement. In GRCI's PR, Carl A. Pick, Chairman and CEO said that the "next goal is to demonstrate to the computer world that GENROCO technologies are ideal building blocks for all manufacturers of superservers and supercomputers who want to deliver I/O subsystems with data transfer rates up to a Gigabyte per second (GB/sec) in the very near future. The basic architecture of GENROCO's traditional disk drive controller boards has evolved to open the door for an entire family of GB/sec products consisting of hubs, bridges, switches, and storage devices based on HiPPI-6400 (aka 'SuperHiPPI' or 'GSN' -- Gigabyte System Network) technology." GENROCO's new products will be demonstrated at the SC'97 trade show being held in San Jose, California during the week of November 17th."

Do you know what kind of competition there is in this area in terms of similar products and pricing? Also, why no SEC filings?

Regards,

John
