Bateman,

>No court in the US will uphold that garbage...Reno and her crew obviously do not understand technology...we need someone younger and ready for the next century...this jealousy over MSFT makes me sick...they are the best company in the world and if unjustifiably opposed they will fight back as they are doing so....<

I would like to think you are right, but the same could have been said for IBM in the late 60s, ATT in the 70-80s, etc. The government goons sometimes get a hair in the wrong place and seriously hurt extraordinary companies. IBM is only now getting out from under the SEC restrictions placed on them from the 'antitrust' litigation, and I have doubts that ATT will ever recover their previous industry lead.

I'm long MSFT, too. I am just aware of the danger that results from both the power and the ignorance of those bureaucrats.

Good investing.
