Many years ago I lost the most weight by eating Sardine sandwiches on pumpernickel bread, very many times a week. Excluding the bread, how much is too much sardines? I like em. I'm having trouble breaking thru the 220 barrier. Down from 238 over 6 months. I'm increasing my interval training ala SBD. Can one get a Vit D blood test without docs persrip? I don't know what my D level is and have just started taking it. Is D3 the right stuff? Any other suggestions?

Raised in the dairy state and all...I'm used to 3-4 glasses of milk per day...and thats more than a cup per glass...more like a cup and a half.

I cut back to two glasses per day when I started the vitamin D3...just because I expected it would help my calcium uptake.

Looks like one cup a day will be plenty...I probably put that much in my coffee.

It's fine with me...that was a LOT of extra calories.
