I'd like to see them buy in some shares while they're at these depressed levels. I think they also need to be more friendly to small customers (like me); as things stand, they have relatively high list prices that they discount heavily for the big guys -- I'd like to see a flatter pricing structure to encourage new customers. Of course, I'd also like to see them be ruthless about profitability -- head count is too high.

When I see an outside party take an additional stake in a company and say they will look how third parties can increase shareholder value, I see a potential buyout, merger or taking the company private on the horizon.
