"Very true. The first 6 years of the Bush Administration saw Republican majorities in both houses. So budgets were determined and signed by Republicans in the first 6 years of Bush's administration. This is what has many Republicans hopping mad. They can't trust the Republican party to be fiscally responsible any more. Very disappointing."

Well you kinda hit another nail right on the head there. Why are the Repubs blaming the Dems for the Fannie/Freddie mess and having to go back into the waybackwhen machine to dig up dirt, when they had 6 years to fix it. 6 completely unopposed years. No fix intended until present circumstances appeared. Now that the fan is distributing the waste, it's the Dems fault.

Instead we saw Mr. Codpiece swaggering around in all his glory, and bragging about the ownership society, how so many more Americans owned houses than ever before. Just a miracle of republicanism.

AND during that 6 year period, there was public proof of real estate assessment fraud, mortgage application fraud and predatory lending practices from whistleblowers in all 3 areas. I guess under a repub regime a whistleblower who warns of impending disaster is, to paraphrase Michelle Bachmann McCarthy, anti-American. It was anti-American to bust a scam, and warn the Joe Plumbers and Joe Sixpacks, and whatever other Joe's the repubs want to drag out of their repub created misery, for a media minute of manipulated fame on the ole Trickle Down Economy bandwaggon of BS.

Yep there is something trickling down the legs of the repub supply siders but it isn't money or reality. Someone get Larry Kudlow and his heroes a diaper.
