On #2. There is a modern art museum in Vienna with an entire section devoted to Hundterwasser. He designed futuristic housing complexes, furniture, stamps, money, those great black Austrian licence plates, and a whole lot of other stuff.

He was very Gaudi-esqe in his use of "organic" shapes. Lived in New Zealand on a zero impact farm. Cool guy.
