No, you are badly confused. The 11+/-year solar cycle is a very small wiggle on the ice age cycles, which are caused by orbital dynamics. The peak-peak solar cycle variation is equivalent to about 3 decades of CO2 increase IIRC. It is very minor. Don't confuse the LIA with a true ice age, and the LIA is not attributed 100% to low solar activity either, there is reason to suspect volcanic induced cooling was a factor as well.
