The rich would still just leave the crust for the masses, however, when they do that, our economy topples, like right now. Most people are over their heads and total production is coming down because most people cannot afford things; because the rich are hogging the country's income and wealth. Thus cometh a financial crisis and recession. Happened this way in 1929 and 1907 and 1893 .
