Well, the storm, that was the uncertainty over settlement of outstanding CDS obligations involving Lehman, has passed with barely a whimper. But what a scary unknown it was:

are you saying that the problem with the market is the people shorting the market?

you are likely much more educated on the financial market than I am, but aren't we putting a little bit too much importance on equities? I was always under the impression that bonds are a much bigger part of the retirement fund pie than equities.
