Nice spin, but Grnspn was singing the hosannas of credit/derivative instruments to regulate financial markets, and ability of banks to do stealth loans quickly with electronic research long ago. All of which is not the total base of which got us into trouble but it sure helped. I think it was also about 90% or less all the politicized neighbourhood loans to "that ones" that crunched us badly. If you are going to loan 10 dollars to that one he had better be making at least 50 cents an hour so that he can pay it back. The fault of the US system is that some people really think that massively underemployed inner city ghettos is their fault. It is our fault. EC<:-}
