We both want a good country to live in, and our perceptions of the country we currently live in differs to a degree. We both believe that more must be done to achieve certain goals, and obviously there are different ways to achieve those goals. If you want good government, then the standards must be set. As we see here and this is a good representation of our country, people do not care as much about honesty as they want us to believe. If a party member goes wrong, the response is...your guys did this, not, we must get rid of that individual and make sure that partisanship does not get in the way of true values. Unfortunately, as we see here, partisanship does get in the way of values and party members ignore their own faults and defend them instead of saying, we must change and do so in a constructive manner. It is OK to say a part of one's party plan sucks...but you won't see it here because of the silly belief that it could hurt the team. Honesty starts with the voters and our politicians know our values suck so they get away with their actions.l
