Sure he gets more from the government.

He gets the opportunity to make $500k the next year.

The other guy only gets the opportunity to make $42k.

He is taking more from our society. It is only fair that he should pay more in taxes.

Why do you want to redistribute wealth by supporting Bush's tax cuts?

Why does McCain support redistribution of wealth by supporting government handouts to corporate bankers?

He is a hypocrite to criticize anyone else for plans do redistribute wealth when he votes to do the exact same thing.

ah yes the old scam of removing fica from the equation what a crock Bill.

I'm for a flat tax where all taxes are included, add the fica liability and federal and tax everybody a flat rate on all income.

Problem for your side is that this would mean the people making under 100K would get a tax CUT and everyone making over would pay much more. That doesn't work for you does it? So leave off that scam FICA.

The reality is that someone who makes $500K rarely pays that level of tax, with deductions, tax planning, investments, etc. If they did, they'd have to have a really bad tax guy combined with a really bad investments guy...

But, the other point is that the guy who makes $500K doesn't pay the same percentage in the normal stuff that is killing the middle class guy - gas, food, medical, education, etc.

Unless, of course, he is Shaq The Spending Machine:
