Not to mention how desperate it is to campaign on a platform of rubbishing your own party's record... that's a message bound to go down well with all those Republican incumbents also standing.

And of course trash-talking the man you've been respecting and working with for 7 years. I can feel the words erratic, flip and flop coming in again.

It's really not a working message.

And Obama has also voted almost totally with his party, I believe more so than McCain
