I've always thought, ever since Doomsday, that Elan was not sufficiently aggressive in forcing the PML issue, leaving the lead to BIIB which may have had a bit of a conflict of interest.

Can't now remember exactly when the PML bomb hit, which is sort of surprising. It's not often that I lose $160k over a couple of hours. It should have been seared in my memory.
