Well maybe if you did the math right on your income tax you wouldn't have to pay that much.

your math stinks , and i am for the progressive tax. Someone making 42 k a year might pay 15% combined FICA and income tax. The guy making 250 k a year would pay around 28% plus or minus combining fica and income taxes. His marginal rate would be in the mid 30's.
