FICA needs to be part of the income tax because for anybody under 50 it is throwaway money they will never see again. By raising fica to 100% of income, you republicans will easily see your FEDERAL TAX CUTS. AHAHAH. But you will be paying much more because FICA is so regressive. What a bunch of dopes you are. By leaving FICA off of your whining about taxes you open a window for politicians to apply fica to the whole pie.
