I was speaking with my nephew this morning who runs our family's 40 year old fast-food business. His words to me? "What economic problem is he talking about? We're up 15% this year. If they make me start buying health insurance for my employees, THAT will be a crisis -- because I'll have no choice to to lay off a couple of employees". Hey, what does this guy know anyway? Do you know that during recessions fast food and movies do fairly well. Why? People who were eating out at Denny's or Chilis downgrade to fast food...for obvious reasons.....to save money. Movies do well because people need an escape from the bad news in a bad economy. If this country is not in recession, its getting very close. People have lost faith in the country, its institutions, its legislature and its president. This is all the result of 8 years of GOP rule. You need to wake up......as things get worse, people are not going to put up with your nonsense.
