<< made some money by buying several apartments>> Hey folks: I need some help. I own 10 - $ 50,000 apartment building. I have about $20,000 equity in each. I clear as in "My hip pocket" $ 8000 per building per yr. Should I sell all and put my money in the stock market. I ain't too slick about the market though. I also flunked kindergarden. Having a little problem with the bldg inspector though. "Gestapo lady." She is of the opinion there are better ways to attach siding to a porch besides screws and nails. Stay tuned, I'm gonna put her arse in a trick box.

Hi Haim,

The problem with talking with clueless people (and I am one of them on certain subjects - brain surgery, for example) is that you find out real fast what you do know and don't.

That's where my indicators and that old expression come in...

"If you can't dazzle them with the footwork, then baffle them with the BS."

Unfortunately, I have to rely on the latter more than the former.

Regards and good trading,

Bill
