<< made some money by buying several apartments>> Hey folks: I need some help. I own 10 - $ 50,000 apartment building. I have about $20,000 equity in each. I clear as in "My hip pocket" $ 8000 per building per yr. Should I sell all and put my money in the stock market. I ain't too slick about the market though. I also flunked kindergarden. Having a little problem with the bldg inspector though. "Gestapo lady." She is of the opinion there are better ways to attach siding to a porch besides screws and nails.
