ok so we keep 1/8 of them...even split partisan to supervise.....these supervisors would be held to the highest oath of honesty and truth....any violations they would be out......there are many brainstorming sessions WE can ALL participate in....designing a better smaller govt for a greater America, with stricter regulations to ensure the crooks are kept out or found and tossed out immediately, regardless of their remaining term time limit.....once thrown out they will not be allowed to participate in any form of govt...fed....state...county....municipal...total banishment.....
