No, I'm saying that the only time I saw soldiers or police carrying full-automatic weapons at airports in the US was in the 9/11 aftermath, and the Right to Keep and Bear Arms was never suspended even for a minute. The armed contingent of military went home after the threat diminished. I'm not sure why you Brits think it is better that the only people who have firearms are police, military, and criminals.
