A ratio of 00.180 is low.

The lowest in the last 10 years before this month was 00.160

But it is NOW an INCREDIBLE 00.094.

SPX DOW and NDX ALL at LIMIT DOWN LEVELS.
DOW -550, SPX -60 NDX -85.
They have been in Limit Down since AT LEAST 6a.m., maybe long before.

Limit Down means we CRASH tomorrow if PWG can't fulfill their function.
